Perth 7 Busking

I had to buy a lint brush to get fluff off my clothes after a tissue had infiltrated my wash (a bit like Eddie Izzard's blue underpants). Sticky tape had already failed. A second wash made the situation worse and turned the individual bits of fluff into a coating of the stuff. Met Grant for brunch. Bought a pair of sandals. Brought them back because the Ozzies use American shoe sizes. No worries. Gave into a urge to leave Perth and explore the surrounding areas and booked a three day safari. Went busking solo. Mac's singing voice wasn't the best. The Sunday afternoon strollers were going home for tea when I went out, so I made all of $1.30. This was all from one source. I was playing "And the band played Waltzing Matilda" and a young skateboarder stopped and through in a dollar. Despite his mates urging him to leave cos I was crap, he stayed on till the end and told me it was a great song, it's a pity more people didn't stop and that it deserved $10. This was worth $10 to me. I was in it for the attention anyway. I resolved to learn more Ozzie songs e.g. "Never tear us apart", "Two little boys", "Beds are burning" (this would have to be used with caution only in liberal areas). Any other suggestions are welcome
